At our Prayer Walk the very next day this happened!!! God opened the doors!!!
We arrived, I shared the new rules that had been shared with me, we gathered in hands lifting our voice in song as we sang one verse of Greater is He that is in me and then followed by Jesus, Something about that name, and then we had prayer together before we divided to walk. When we finished in Prayer, the front door of the school swung open and a teacher said, I\'ve been waiting and praying upstairs, would you like to pray inside? All the Prayer Warriors were amazed and bewildered, since we had just went over the rules. Without waiting for an answer, she started walking us to the door and proclaimed I want you to first pray over my classroom, she was so excited, in tears and she spoke of all the problems within the school.
Upon entering, and going up the stairs to her classroom, there was a spirit that was so strong that it almost took your breath. We anointed all the desk in her class and prayed for her. She then wanted us to pray in the commons area and the gym. She broke down again, and grabbed me and said that she had been waiting so long for someone to step up and pray. She said, she felt so burdened as a teacher, knowing the problems, being a Christian, but yet not being able to do anything to prevent issues or to intervene, her hands were just tied. She had been praying for almost a year for God to send other Prayer Warriors to her school to intercede. As we were leaving, she hugged, kissed and told us, thanks for being an answer to my Prayers. We in return, thanked her for being a obedient vessel that God used to allow us in the school.
As I told the Prayer Warriors, man can try to shut the doors, but God will open them. We have to have faith and be willing to allow God to move and lead. When GOD opens the door, we as Prayer Warriors need to acknowledge that and we need to accept and pray.
Then the last school, we prayer walked another teacher looked out her window, because she heard our vehicles. I folded my hands as praying hands, so she knew what we were there for, I had no idea, she was also going to let us into the school to pray for her.
So be encouraged, and assured God wants us at these schools praying. We didn\'t even ask permission, or try to persuade to get inside. God used Christian Teachers to open the doors to us to pray for them.
Will we face more trials and opposition over this? Yes, probably, but when it comes down to following man or following Gods lead, Well, who am I to deny God\'s Will, when it is presented in such a way, we all know which is Pleasing to Him. We are not here to please man, we are here to be pleasing unto God. So when He opens a door, yes, I will take it and I know that He will fight the battle for us. He just has to remind everyone who is in control! HE IS!!!!
GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN ME, THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD!!!
God laid that song on my heart the night before, so I printed out copies for each Prayer Warrior, but I printed the song on the same page as the rules. I don\'t think it was coincidence, that on one part was man\'s rules, but on the other part a song proclaiming HE IS GREATER!!!!!
